License Fees:    $ 6.00 – spayed/neutered (with papers)

$15.00 – all others

Late Fee:          $10.00 after February 28, 2021

PROOF OF CURRENT RABIES SHOTS MUST BE

PRESENTED BEFORE LICENSE WILL BE ISSUED.
