Visitor Center Meeting Room

Explore the meaning behind the songs of the adorable chickadee on a listening hike. Observe the social habits of a chickadee at our feeders and our chickadee landing station.

What: Children ages 2-5 are welcome to bring their families to Tettegouche State Park and enjoy a story, indoor and outdoor hands-on activities, and an art project with a Park Ranger. All programming is free of charge.

Who: All family members are welcome, activities are designed for children between the ages of 2 and 5. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

When: One Thursday a month. Each program will focus on a nature-based topic. Visit www.mndnr.gov/tettegouche for more information.

4th Annual Masters Bean Bag Tourney @ Silver Bay Lounge

The 4th Annual Masters Bean Bag Tournament is to be held at the Silver Bay Liquor Store on Saturday, April 27th, starting at 11:00 a.m.

It will be held outside at the Silver Bay Liquor Store.  If bad weather comes it will be moved inside of the Silver Bay Reunion Hall.
Door prizes and drink specials will also be available.
