RESIDENCIES:

Composer Aaron Strang will compose an original piece for Kelley High School Band

PROJECT FOR THIS SCHOOL YEAR WILL BE:

--Memory Project for High School advanced visual artists.  Orphans from third world countries portraits are painted by Kelley art students.

--Masterpiece Art Program is an on going program for the Elementary students where local volunteers teach art lessons.  Each student will receive their own sketchbook.

--Dance Scholarships - Partial scholarships to students and adults who wish to study dance through the Community Education Program with Rene Moe Salyard of Sterling Dance are available for fall.

The funding comes from your generous donations and grant writing.

Of the monies raised to date, 85% have been from grants and 15% from local donations.  Some grants need matching funds and without increasing support of area businesses and personal donations, we wouldn't be able to acquire some grants.
