Our Focus is on education, children, elderly, and culture development and for the disadvantage and isolated. PROJECT FOR THIS SCHOOL YEAR WILL BE: --Memory
Project for High School advanced visual artists. Orphans from third
world countries portraits are painted by Kelley art students. --Masterpiece
Art Program is an on going program for the Elementary students where local
volunteers teach art lessons. Each student will receive their own
sketchbook. --Dance
Scholarships - Partial scholarships to students and adults who wish to study
dance through the Community Education Program with Rene Moe Salyard of
Sterling Dance are available for fall.
The funding comes from your generous donations and grant writing. Of the monies raised to date, 85% have been from grants and 15% from local donations. Some grants need matching funds and without increasing support of area businesses and personal donations, we wouldn't be able to acquire some grants.
