BYE BYE BIRDIE PRESENTED IN SILVER BAY

28, 2004 in the Silver Bay William M. Kelley High School auditorium. A cast of 61 and pit orchestra of 18 entertained over 1200 theatre patrons.
excitement. The late 1950's/early 60's setting was punctuated with the scene painting style of Annie Andrus and the costuming of Lori Negard.
"Birdie" was the first musical focusing on the convergence of the rock-n-roll world of teenagers and its accompanying parental angst.
supporting members included the stunning Heather Sullivan (Kim MacAfee), Brian Halvorson (as rock star Conrad Birdie), Brad Johnson (Mr. Harry MacAfee), Annie Andrus (Mrs. Mae Peterson), Darian Willette (Hugo Peabody), Lura E. Wilson (the very teenage Ursula Merkle), Tracy Thun (Mrs. Doris MacAfee) and Guthrie Cunningham (Randolph MacAfee).
Rasputin were show stoppers.
