Purpose:<\/strong> The Commission shall supervise and control the operations of the Silver Bay Municipal Liquor Store. It shall make recommendations to the Council regarding improvements and general operation of the Liquor Store. It shall promulgate Rules and Regulations for operation of the Liquor Store subject to the approval of the council. The Commission shall make recommendations to the Council regarding issuance of commercial or private on or off-sale retail liquor licenses.<\/p>\n

Board Membership:<\/strong>\u00a0The Liquor Control Commission shall consist of not less than five (5) members who shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of the Council.<\/p>\n

Qualifications to Serve:\u00a0<\/strong>Must be a resident of the City of Silver Bay.<\/p>\n

Compensation:<\/strong>\u00a0Volunteer<\/p>\n
