If you have not already done so, please register with FEMA by clicking <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fema.gov\/disaster\/4797\">here<\/a> and request assistance.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lake County has received an individual assistance declaration, which is highly rare, to help homeowners and businesses recoup losses following the June floods. Per Matt Pollman, Lake County Emergency Management Director, advised that the nearest recovery center will be in Virginia, but that can change. We are encouraging homeowners and businesses who incurred damage, including private driveways and bridges, to register with FEMA. &nbsp;You can&nbsp;create an application online by visiting&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.disasterassistance.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">disasterassistance.gov\/<\/a>. You can also call the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-3362.
