City Hall/Library Parking Lot Update

Northland Constructors has advised the City that the parking lot will be temporarily unavailable on Monday 9/8/25 for access to City Hall and the Library.  They will work to provide access as soon as possible.  The Library will be accessible via Banks Blvd. In the meantime, utility payments can be made online or by utilizing the drive-up drop box located on Davis Drive in front of the Police Department. A curbside option will also be available for your needs by parking along Davis Drive and calling 218-226-4408 for assistance and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you. We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for the inconvenience during this construction period. 

For safety reasons, please do NOT drive across the grassy field or up the hill to access the front doors of city hall.  If you need to come into city hall, please park on Davis Drive and enter through the police doors.  There is stair access from the lower level of the building to the upper level for access to administration.  You are also welcome to contact city hall at 218-226-4408 if you need assistance.  Thank you for your cooperation and patience during construction.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
